Tour Signal Paris

The tower was designed for the La Défense office district of Western Paris with a 4 star hotel with 18.000 m² in its top and 50.000 m² of office spaces in the middle part and a public space at the base of the tower. 12 m above ground level 12.500 m² of residences were arranged with views to both sides of the building. In the lower part of the residential tower a bakery, a pharmacy and a supermarket were grouped around a public place hosting a weekly farmer’s market.
