An intersection of productivity, creativity and purpose, the project redefines placemaking in Düsseldorf’s Medienhafen. With a four-part structure reflecting the rhythm of the surrounding architecture, the towers’ diagonal placement alongside the listed Kaispeicher warehouse creates lively plazas and pedestrian connections, interlacing with Handelshafen's urban fabric.

Bold projects like this are only possible through the commitment, resilience, and craftsmanship of many hardworking individuals. Currently, around 40 dedicated team members work their magic tirelessly every day, transforming vision into inspiring spaces.
