1 Bligh Street recognised with a CTBUH 10 Year Award for Excellence

Ten years on from completion, 1 Bligh Street in Sydney’s CBD has been recognised with a further global accolade for design and development excellence as a 10 Year Award of Excellence winner from the Council of Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) in Chicago.

A decade ago, 1 Bligh Street was awarded the Most Outstanding New Tall Building in Asia and Australasia by CTBUH. 1 Bligh Street is a flagship development that has truly stood the test of time, combining ground-breaking design, sustainability and technology innovation in one of the world’s most enviable locations.

Co-owned by Dexus, Dexus Wholesale Property Fund and Cbus Property, the development vision was to create a premium office tower that would enhance the heart of Sydney CBD’s financial district and deliver the sustainable workspace of the future with a fully integrated public domain.
