Marina One tops out and remains on track for completion for 2017

Singapore´s new landmark in the Central Business District (CBD) has recently topped out and will be completed at the beginning of next year. The project located in one of the world´s most densely populated cities is designed according to supergreen®-principles. The high-rise, mixed-use building will resemble a green mountain in the middle of Singapore´s CBD. Its green, public space is the center of the project and will be the largest public plaza in the CBD. Multiple levels of the central garden add up to 125% of the site area. Marina One comprises two office towers including one oft he largest trading floors in the world, two residential towers and a retail podium set around lush greenery. It is a role-model for sustainable building in tropical and subtropical megacities.
