Olaf Kluge
Dipl.-Ing. Architect, ARB (UK), Director of Singapore branch
Olaf Kluge is Director at ingenhoven associates and, since 2012, has been managing the branch in Singapore.
Following his qualification in business administration and his studies of architecture at Darmstadt University of Technology and at the National University of Singapore (NUS), Olaf Kluge worked in Hong Kong and London for international firms such as Foster + Partners, Grimshaw, and Arup. His career at ingenhoven associates started in 2007.
Olaf Kluge, together with Martin Reuter, was responsible for the implementation of the Marina One project in Singapore, which won the Mipim Award in 2018.
Previously, Olaf Kluge has worked on projects such as 1 Bligh in Sydney—the only building in Australia to be awarded Six-Star rating, the highest rating under the Green Star scheme—and other commercial projects, such as 71 Robinson Road and Harbour Front 4 in Singapore.
Olaf Kluge has worked on numerous large-scale international projects such as high-rise buildings, and infrastructure and municipal projects covering all project phases from outline design to completion.
